Hold Policy:
A 14 day notice period is required for all membership suspensions.
A suspension request must be submitted via electronic form supplied by request from Tribe MVMNT – failure to submit a request in either of these formats will result in no action taken.
Minimum suspension period is 14 days.
Ongoing members can suspend their membership for a maximum of 28 days per joining year.
90 Days of Transformations Package members can suspend their membership for a maximum of 14 days during the challenge.
Suspensions (Injury)
Injury related membership suspension will be processed as soon as the request is submitted. There is no option to back date or offer suspension time in lieu for injuries.
A suspension in excess of the 4 weeks will result in the member being required to cancel their membership.
NOTE – a membership cancellation request following a 4 or 12 week suspension is subject to 28 days notice period as per membership cancellation policy. A cancellation request must be submitted via electronic form supplied by request from Tribe MVMNT – failure to submit a request in either of these formats will result in no action taken. Under no circumstances can a cancellation request be backdated.
All Suspension or cancellations will require the relevant forms to be filled in and submitted. Under no circumstances will a text message, phone call or Facebook message suffice – failure

Cancellation Policy:
All membership agreements require 14 days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 15-day written cancellation notice. Note that Total, Sweat, Personal Training and Teens Memberships

Under no circumstances can a cancellation request be backdated.
A cancellation fee of $99.00 (+ transaction fee) applies to all membership cancellations.
Membership will cease at the conclusion of the current billing cycle – access to classes is permitted during this time.
Cancellation fee will process via direct debit at the conclusion of your membership.
